"Life Changing.....is how many volunteers describe the experience of volunteering in Camp Opportunity's summer program.
Our campers are paired on an almost one-to-one ratio with our volunteer counselors, and is one of the keys to success at Camp Opportunity.
Counselors spend the week side-by-side with our campers, hiking, swimming, canoeing and engaging in all the activities of summer camp together. It allows our counselors the opportunity to watch the many ways that love and laughter can transform a broken life.
To volunteer, you must be a high school rising senior or older. Volunteer counselors undergo rigorous screening. For an application package, call (864) 416-7986.

Camp Opportunity's success is dependent upon volunteers as well as community support.
Today's lifestyles do not always lend themselves to physically volunteering but a busy lifestyle doesn't mean you can't make a difference. You can help by supporting one of our fund raising projects, contributing to the supplies needed or by making a donation.
